Kettlebell Flow is where strength meets flow, blending the power of kettlebell training with the grounding and flexibility of yoga. It’s a full-body workout that challenges your muscles, improves mobility, and centers your mind. Every class is set to an inspiring playlist, creating a space where you can feel both strong and connected.

Happening every Full Moon, all summer long. our practice starts before sunset, breathing and setting our intentions for the next moon cycle. By the time our practice is over, the beautiful full moon is rising over the water making it an experience you don't want to miss.
