Bell Park Sunrise Bootcamp: Enjoy a medium to high intensity workout with a strong focus on bodyweight exercises and core strengthening all while enjoying the breathtaking view from the beautiful deck of the Katherine Bell Gazebo inside Bell Park. What to expect: 3 x sessions per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:00am - 7:00am Classes that will leave you feeling worked, focused and accomplished A view that offers breathtaking a breathtaking sunrise on the deck of the Katherine Bell Gazebo An amazing group of like-minded, supportive people that help keep you motivated and wanting to come back as often as you can Modifications for all fitness levels to ensure your workout meets your needs.
